I remember detailing cars when I was 12 years old, I had every wax available while my friends were playing baseball, football and basketball I was reading Hot Rod magazine or Road & Track.
My first car was a 1973 Cadillac Eldorado convertible, after that a 1965 coupe de ville convertible, 1973 Pontiac Grand Prix, a red 1981 Trans Am and a 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII i saw at the Chicago Auto Show that year. The Goal for me now is to purchase a Porsche 911 most likely a 2015 model and a Mercedes AMG S63.
I graduated from Morris Graduate School of Management with a Masters in Information Systems and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in management. I learned a long time ago I am much better at detailing cars than mechanical stuff so a degree in business was an easy choice. I detailed cars full time from 2007 to about 2014 while i went to Graduate school.
Currently I work as a business consultant in Digital Marketing, creating content for websites, blogs and social media. What i enjoy about Digital Marketing much like car detailing is the satisfaction when you and a client see the finished product and the look on their face is priceless! their so excited with the results and this makes all the work worth it.
